It would be nice if you had warm water in the shower. More english channels.

The room smell like a smoking room & squeezy. No window feeling trapped.

The staff were responsive and polite but friendly.

Pay in advance - I didn't know how many days I was going to be there, so this became a problem. The shower flooded, so did the was basin; the bathroom door handle was broken when I arrived. The room was cramped. The wi-fi didn't work: I had to change my laptop configuration to meet the hotel's and even then there was no connection. The breakfast was the worst food I've had in Indonesia and the worst hotel breakfast ever. As I pointed out to the staff, you couldn't sell it at a cafe. The location is reasonable, but impossible to get a taxi between 16.00 and about 19.00.

The staffs are more 'on holiday' than working. I got a room with many things unsettled. No remote control for TV (I have to ask for it), an air-conditioner which not cooling the room even after 30 minutes and it is leaking, wetting my shoes. Then they changed my room which water in the bathroom slowly drain till it look like a flood. The breakfast is so poor. Choose either fried noodle or fried rice. If I want to have buffet, I need to add IDR17,000/person which I never encounter before in any of my travel to many places in Indonesia. With it's room rate, the customer should get the buffet breakfast without paying more money. Smart Hotel didn't smart as it's name (maybe because of the staff). On the second day, I can't open the door using the smart card key. I told the staff and he did call the reception to inform it. Why can't he just go downstairs doing something about it instead of calling the reception and then says to me, "This card is not working". I knew it and I went downstairs by myself! And, the funny things is they didn't realize that I already spent a night at their hotel when they asked me " Did you just check-in?". I am not a celebrity so they could know me well but they should have a checklist on which rooms are occupied and which rooms are vacant! Sorry guys, I worked in hotel line for more than 4 years and that is enough to make me know this very basic and simple thing. The staffs are busy chatting and making noise at the reception counter without respecting customers who sits or loitering around there. The lobby is so narrow and the ambiance is so not welcoming and comfy. As the result : I AM NOT RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. GO A BIT INSIDE AND TRY FIND STUDIO ONE RESIDENCE. THEY ARE MUCH BETTER!

cleanliness, when i come up the room is dusty everywhere (bed, table, floor, headboard) and a little bit smelly. just like uncleaned about a month.

If you are looking for a lovely place, do not come to this hotel. It's sure that its localisation is great but it was disappointing for the price of one night. We arrived after one day and a half of plane and were really tired, and the staff was barely able to speak english. The reception was dirty and full of mosquitos. Our room was the mirror of it ! it was stinking of vomit and to crown it all we had no windows !!!!! Furthermore, there was one window but looking to teh corridor so during all the night we had the lights of the corridor.... And it was really noisy with all the staff laughing and running. Well, it wasn't what we were expecting for a hotel which place itself in the luxe category. Moreover, 3 days before our arrival, we send several emails to be sure to have a shuttle to go to the airport without answer so we were a bit stressed of not having one... Finally it was there but the price asked was 200.000 roupias which was overprice, but we didn't know it at that time

Best location for little money, staff friendly, comfortable room with that price, location and location.

It's an hotel, and has two restaurants.

It's advertised as a three stars hotels, but certainly it is barely a one star hotel; this is not because of the hotel itself, but because it is very dirty everywhere you look, the rooms have a lot of things that looks not fixed, done in some manners, and overall not clean, from the bathroom, wich depending of the room you stay is missing of some furniture other than the usual dirt, continuing to the room where sometimes the linen has footprint on them; the room staff is mostly composed by young guys which most of the time are hanging around in the corridors doing nothing and talking each other loudly all night long, and one day two of them actually started fighting each other in front of my room; generally speaking I always had an unsafe feeling about leaving my stuff in the room unattended thanks to those folks. The breakfast is advertised to be included, but is really not as You have to pay 15000 idr for the full breakfast wich is composed of some fruits, noodles, coffee and that's about it. Stay away from this place, there are a lot of other hotels in Jakarta for the same price that are certainly better.

The AC was barely cool & the shower curtain was dirty.

Considering city-center location, service is poor, but price is fair, so it's ok, for people, who come for a few days and on the budget. But if I stayed 1-2 nights in Jakarta, I would book 4star hotel.

Hotel staff (men, except reception) is very lazy. When they clean room, they never check about shampoo, tooth paste, etc, despite tips, that I left every day on the bed)) Ladies, on the contrary, more attentive and better English-speaking, because level of English is very poor, but it concerns Jakarta as a whole))

Very small rooms, the breakfast was not good at all
